Job Description:
Gurugram Estate, a leading real estate company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide excellent customer service and assist clients throughout the sales process.
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and own transportation preferred.
