Job Description:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving their targets and maintaining smooth operational processes. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, handling order processing, and ensuring effective communication between various departments within the factory.
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, including order processing and follow-up.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Process and track customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders and shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in handling customer complaints and providing solutions in a timely manner.
- Liaise with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure alignment with sales requirements.
- Organize and facilitate internal meetings and communication to streamline sales processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to manage stock availability.
- Maintain and update sales records, databases, and customer files.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other documentation.
