At InRadius, our mission has always been clear: to help people find jobs closer to home and enable companies to hire talent that lives nearby. Since our launch in 2023, we’ve been working toward reducing long commutes and creating a better work-life balance for professionals across India.

Over the past two years, we’ve grown significantly, with 12,000+ job seekers and 1,500+ employers joining us. But we’ve also listened closely to feedback from hundreds of users—both job seekers and employers—to understand where we could do better.

Today, we’re excited to share the latest updates to InRadius. These improvements are designed to make your experience smoother, smarter, and more impactful—whether you’re searching for a job or hiring talent.

What’s New for Job Seekers?

1. More Opportunities!
   Our upgraded algorithm ensures you see more jobs that match your skills. This means more opportunities tailored to your expertise and preferences!

2. Simplified Experience
   From a fresh design to faster navigation, we’ve made it easier than ever for job seekers to explore opportunities nearby without any hassle.

3. Quick Resume Updates
   We’ve introduced an advanced resumé parser so that you can easily update your profile by uploading your latest resume, to keep your profile up to date and get more matches. This will also help your friends onboard faster, if you’d like them to find nearby jobs!

What’s New for Talent Seekers?

1. Free Plan for All Users
   As part of our platform revamp, all talent seekers have been moved to a Free Plan, which includes:

   • Posting up to 2 jobs per month for free.

   • Viewing or downloading up to 5 CVs per month at no cost.

   • Accessing profiles within your hiring radius (excluding premium profiles with CTC above ₹20 lakh).

   • This ensures that businesses of all sizes can continue hiring locally without any upfront investment. If this does not meet your requirements, you may visit our pricing page for our plans. 

2. Smarter Matching Algorithms
   Our improved AI engine now connects you with more candidates related to what you’re looking for. This means more relevant matches and less time spent filtering through unrelated profiles.

3. Delegate Access for Teams
   Hiring is a team effort! You can now add team members to your account and manage hiring collaboratively—without sharing passwords or losing control over your account.

4. Fresh Look & Feel
   The platform has been redesigned with simplicity in mind. From posting jobs to managing applications, everything is now cleaner and easier to navigate.
