Job Description:

Position - Personal Assistant 

Location - Hyderabad 

Industry - Furnishing Soft Touch Fabric 

Experience - 2 -5 Yrs 

1) Maintain all the hard copy of the data and digital records of the ongoing executive projects 

2) Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly managers meetings and other executive meetings.

3) Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management 4) Handle requests and queries appropriately. Take dictation and minutes.

5) Performing secretarial and administrative dues. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.

6) Observing best business practices and etiquette.

7) Devise and maintain office filing system

8) Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.

Any other Special Requirement (Technical Competencies and Behavioral Competencies): 

1. Shall have experience in Retails or wholesale sector

2. Typing, Formang, and editing reports, documents and presentations

3. Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments. Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
