    Shift Timing - 9 AM to 9 PM (Any 9-hour shift within this range)

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist who will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers and guiding them through our sales process. Your role will play a crucial part in driving revenue and promoting our sleep solutions and mattress products. Collaboration with the sales team and various departments is essential to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential customers interested in our sleep products and solutions.
    • Develop strong customer relationships and gain insight into their needs and preferences.
    • Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products.
    • Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into sales, meeting monthly targets.
    • Provide accurate information on product details, pricing, and delivery options.
    • Guide customers through the purchase process, including order placement, payment, and after-sales support.
    • Stay well-informed about our product offerings, market trends, and competition.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
    • Maintain detailed records of sales activities using our CRM software.
    • Participate in regular sales training sessions to stay updated with industry developments.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
