Associate Client Service

We are looking for MBA freshers with strong communication skills to join our team of international client relations professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients from around the world, as well as a strong Knowledge of Office 365. The position will involve providing support to client sales, Scheduling, and managing sales projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to involve providing support to client sales, Scheduling, and managing sales projects
• Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest in products or services
• Manage projects related to international client relations, such as setting up new leads and managing schedules

Qualifications:

• MBA degree/ Post Graduate Degree in Management/any Stream 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Fluent in English
