Job Description:
Outreach and Assessment
Make outbound calls to potential customers to discuss our financial products and services.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customers' financial goals and recommend suitable financial products.
Gather and record essential customer information required for credit evaluation and loan applications.
Provide guidance and assistance to customers in completing loan applications accurately.
Credit Evaluation
Assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants by reviewing financial documents, credit reports, and other relevant information.
Make informed decisions regarding loan approvals, taking into consideration risk tolerance and company policies.
Strictly adhere to sanctions regulations and company policies to maintain regulatory compliance throughout the loan approval process.
Customer Relations
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Continuously monitor loan repayments, work with customers to ensure timely payments, and take appropriate actions for delinquent accounts.
