Job Description:
Looking for Restaurant Managers
Location : Hyderabad
Salary : 3 to 6 LPA + incentives
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant during opening hours.
Manage inventory and stock levels, placing orders as needed.
Monitor the quality and consistency of food and beverage service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
2. Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other team members.
Create work schedules and manage employee performance.
Promote a positive working environment and employee morale.
Enforce health and safety regulations in the workplace.
3. Customer Service:
Greet and interact with customers to ensure a high level of service.
Address customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
Manage reservations and handle special customer requests.
Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
4. Financial Management:
Control costs and manage the restaurant's budget.
Monitor sales, revenue, and expenses.
Implement pricing strategies and promotions to boost sales.
Prepare financial reports and forecasts for the restaurant.
5. Marketing and Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.
Create and maintain the restaurant's social media presence.
Drive customer engagement and loyalty programs.
Monitor and respond to online reviews and ratings.
6. Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant health, safety, and food service regulations.
Obtain and maintain all necessary permits and licenses.
Address any compliance issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in restaurant management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
Understanding of financial and budgeting principles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field (preferred).
