Executive Support

Position: Multi-Support Executive  

Experience: Fresher  

Salary Range: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month  

**Job Summary**:  

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our team as a Multi-Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including data entry, scraping data from Google and other sources for lead generation, assisting the customer support team, and making calls when necessary. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career to gain hands-on experience in a versatile role within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities**:

Data Entry: Accurately enter and manage data in our systems.

Data Scraping: Gather and compile data from Google and other online sources for lead generation purposes.

Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads by identifying potential clients and compiling contact lists.

Customer Support Assistance**: Work closely with the customer support team to assist with queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction.

Calling: Make calls to clients or leads when required, following up on inquiries or supporting the sales and customer support teams.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of tasks completed.

Required Skills:

Basic Computer Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.

Communication**: Good verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks.

Adaptability**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch between roles as needed.

Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate with different teams and take on various responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: A graduate degree in any discipline.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of data scraping tools and techniques is a plus.
