    What You'll Do:

    Cold Calling: Conduct outbound calls to international prospects, initiating conversations that generate interest in our offerings.

    Lead Engagement: Engage potential clients through messages and emails, aiming to spark their interest and qualify them as leads.

    Meeting Scheduling: Effectively communicate the value of our services to prospects, booking meetings with our sales team for further discussions.

    Lead Sourcing & Social Media Outreach: Utilize provided lead databases while also proactively searching for additional leads on LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other relevant channels to build a robust sales pipeline.

    Follow-Ups: Diligently follow up with prospects who express interest but require additional information or time before scheduling a meeting.

    Database Management: Maintain and update our CRM with detailed notes on all interactions, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups.

    Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads and share insights from your interactions.

    Market Feedback: Provide valuable feedback from your conversations to help refine our outreach strategies and messaging.

    Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on your performance, including the number of calls made, meetings booked, and lead engagement success.

    What We're Looking For:

    Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a clear, persuasive, and friendly manner.

    Cold Calling Experience: Prior experience in cold calling, particularly in international markets, is highly desirable.

    Social Media Savvy: Comfortable using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for lead generation and outreach.
