Director Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead our HR operations for a workforce of over 500 employees. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and decision-making skills, working closely with BU heads and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, exit formalities, and payroll data management.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs effectively.
• Ensure compliance with HR audits (ISO, SOX, etc.).
• Maintain and analyze leave & attendance data for payroll.
• Utilize HRMS and Excel for efficient HR data management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR leadership roles.
• Expertise in HR audits, payroll, and workforce management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and HRMS systems.
