Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to drive training strategies and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Training Needs Identification (TNI), LMS management, and behavioral training development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training strategies based on TNI (Training Needs Identification).
- Develop and deliver behavioral training modules tailored to business needs.
- Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track and optimize training programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and recommend effective training schedules and content.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement.
