Job Description:
A rubber manufacturing company based out of the outskirts of Mumbai is seeking a skilled Microsoft Business Central Specialist to manage and optimize our core operational platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Business Central (Dynamics 365) , quickly adapt to our customizations, and serve as the internal go-to person for training, reporting, and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand and navigate the company's customized Microsoft Business Central environment.
• Train new and existing employees on platform functionalities based on their roles.
• Analyze and interpret reports generated from Business Central to support decision-making.
• Act as the primary liaison with the external vendor for new developments and technical issues.
• Gather and communicate evolving business requirements effectively for system improvements.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in training users on ERP systems is a plus.
