Job description for Sr. Accounts / Accounts Manager
Mandatory Skills -
Should have Knowledge of Tally Prime
Bookkeeping - Complete day-to-day accounting, journal entries, updating all transactions on Tally
Should be good at Petty Cash Management
Should have hands-on experience in calculating, generating challans, and filing GST returns
Should have hands-on experience in preparing TDS statements, TDS payments, and return filing
Preparation of Challan and follow up for Deposit of TDS in Bank
Preparation and issue of TDS Certificates Form 16 / 16 A / 16 B
Must have knowledge of foreign inward/outward remittance and bank documentation for the same
Should be able to manage relationships with Bankers
Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
Generating invoices and following up with clients on payments
Clearing vendor/partner payments on time
Monthly salary working, reimbursements incentives calculations, and disbursals, issuing pay slips
Income tax working on salaries, submitting IT forms
Managing AMC of company assets
Timely renewal of employee benefits like insurance policies
Monthly, Quarterly Budget and forecasting
Hands-on experience in Balance Sheet
Assist with tax audits and tax returns with CA
Support month-end and year-end closing process
Bank reconciliation
MIS reporting
Good communication skills (both written & spoken)
The desired candidate should be -
1. Fresh C.A/C.A Final (appearing can be considered )/ M.Com with min 5 yrs of professional experience
2. Should be good in MIS
3. Good knowledge of MS Excel
4. Should be staying in Navi Mumbai and ready to work from office
5. Communication skills - good communication skills both in English and Hindi
6. Ready to join in one month
Salary – up to 40K pm + company provides personal accident insurance cover of 3 lacs and health insurance of 3 lacs.
