Job Title: Business Development Manager (IT Software Industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager for our IT Software company. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience, a strong aptitude for client interaction, and a proven track record of bringing valuable business opportunities to the company. Fluent English communication skills, a solid understanding of domestic clients, qualifications of a B.tech degree and an MBA in marketing and IT are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.

Business Growth: Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and expand the client base.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential areas for business growth.

Proposal Preparation: Create persuasive proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing our IT software solutions.

Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.

Client Retention: Ensure client satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional post-sales support and addressing any concerns promptly.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (B.tech) and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and IT is preferred.

Experience:

2-3 years of relevant experience in business development within the IT software industry.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Skills and Attributes:

In-depth knowledge of domestic clients resources effectively.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

This position may require occasional travel.
