Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Audit / Data Privacy Program Manager with profound expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive data privacy and security frameworks. The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with the intricacies of data protection within the BFSI, retail, healthcare, and IT services sectors, and possess a strong background in risk advisory, vendor risk management, and conducting both internal and external audits.
Core Competencies:
● Demonstrated expertise as a data privacy SME with extensive experience in security and privacy specifically within the BFSI, retail, healthcare, and IT services sectors.
● Strong proficiency in vendor risk management, risk advisory, consulting, and conducting comprehensive internal and external audits.
● In-depth knowledge of global data protection laws and the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical, business-oriented way.
● Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's or master's degree in Law, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
● Professional certifications in data privacy and security (e.g., CIPP, CISSP, CISM) are highly preferred.
