Assistant HR Manager

We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sr. HR Executive to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in all aspects of the HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans.

• Source, screen, and interview top talent to fill open positions.

• Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

• Manage employee relations, including performance reviews and conflict resolution.

• Oversee HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll processing, and leave management.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

• Stay current on HR laws and regulations.

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
