Location: Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Understanding client’s talent acquisition requirement and source suitable candidates to meet their needs
• Advertising job opportunities on various job portals, social media platforms, watsapp, telegram etc
• Prepare job descriptions 
• Utilize multiple techniques to source suitable candidates
• Source, screen, shortlist and schedule candidates for the interviews
• To develop leads with prospective candidates
• Interview candidates to identify skills and shortlist them as per the job description 
• Stay abreast of latest recruiting trends and best practices
• Strong expertise in working on various Job portals (Naukri.com, LinkedIn)
• Coordinating for interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on interview process status
• Preparing daily and weekly MIS

Required Skills

• Any graduate/postgraduate

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment

• Hands on experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, headhunting and references

• Interviewing skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Time management skills

• Multi-Tasking skills

• Should be able to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment

• Some experience in IT recruitment would be preferred 

• Candidate should be from Navi Mumbai area
