Key Responsibilities:
Product Development Support: Assist in defining product requirements, and specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new products.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
Product Lifecycle Management: Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and recommend improvements.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare product documentation, including user manuals, and technical specifications, and create detailed reports on product performance.
Demo Support: Provide support to internal teams regarding product-related inquiries.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, development and operations teams to align product strategies and ensure a cohesive approach.
