Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Counselling and Guidance:
Provide personalized counselling to prospective students and their families regarding educational programs, admissions requirements, and career opportunities.
Assist students in understanding the benefits and features of our programs, helping them make informed decisions about their education.
Sales and Admissions:
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
Conduct presentations, webinars, and one-on-one meetings to promote educational programs and services.
Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall admissions goals.
Application Processing:
Assist students with the application process, including documentation, deadlines, and submission.
Follow up with applicants to ensure timely completion of application requirements and address any concerns or questions.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with prospective students and applicants using CRM systems.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by prospective students or their families promptly and professionally.
Market Research and Feedback:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for improving educational offerings and sales strategies.
Gather feedback from students and prospects to enhance the quality of counseling and sales processes.
