This role provides unparalleled exposure across diverse functions—strategy, operations, marketing, technology, and product development. Whether you’re a seasoned professional (for the Full-Time role) or an ambitious student/recent graduate (for the Internship), you’ll be directly involved in high-impact projects, working side by side with the founder and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support:

• Assist in market research, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking for Debox, InRadius, and Choose POS.
• Contribute to business proposals, strategic roadmaps, and pitch decks.

Project Management & Coordination:

• Manage cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment with the founder’s vision.
• Track project milestones, coordinate meetings, and follow up on action items.

Operational Excellence:

• Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and key metrics.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Prepare concise reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a liaison between the founder and various teams, ensuring smooth information flow.

Innovation & Idea Generation:

• Proactively suggest new initiatives to enhance product offerings, marketing campaigns, or operational systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.

Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields. Prior experience in consulting, strategy, or startup environments is a plus.
