Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AdTech Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to global clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting expertise and hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms, data integrations, and scripting for data manipulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for DV360, CM360, SA360, and related AdTech platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API integrations, server-to-server tracking, and third-party data connections.
- Work closely with global clients and internal teams to address technical challenges.
- Utilize SQL, JavaScript, or Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Maintain and optimize GMP, GTM, and other digital marketing tools.
