Key Responsibilities:

HR Process Optimization:

Streamline and enhance HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries, fostering a positive employee experience.

Manage employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.

On boarding and Off boarding:

Oversee seamless on boarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Manage off boarding procedures, conducting exit interviews, and analysing feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations with a focus on process improvement and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
